Projekt Anastomosis prezentuje jiný pohled na fungování současného města a řešení jeho problémů. Město je chápáno jako uzavřená struktura se „zamrzlou evolucí“. Jeho další vývoj nelze zajistit komplexní přestavbou, ale adaptací. K nastartování tohoto ozdravného procesu je potřeba aktivovat drobná avšak významná propojení – anastomosis.

Výstava představila 65 konkrétních architektonických návrhů pro čtyři městské lokality, které byly výsledkem výzkumu proběhnuvšího v předchozích dvou letech
v ateliéru Petra Hájka a Jaroslava Hulína na Fakultě Architektury pražské ČVUT a v rámci projektu LEA (Laboratoř Experimentální Architektury).

Návrhy byly prezentovány především prostřednictvím trojrozměrných modelů na výstavní ploše 900 m²
v nově otevřené části Centra současného umění DOX.

Project Anastomosis presents a different view on the functioning of contemporary city and solution of its problems. The city is understood as a closed structure with "frozen evolution". Its further developement can't be done by rebuilding the city but by its adaptation.
To start this healing process it is necessary to activate small but important connections – [anastomosis].
The exhibition presents 65 architectural designs for
4 city locations. These projects are the result of two year research in the design studio of Petr Hajek and Jaroslav Hulin at the Faculty of Architecture at Czech Technical University in Prague and in Laboratory for Experimantal Architecture (LEA).

Designs are presented through tree dimensional models on the exhibition area of 900 m² in newly opened part of DOX Centre for Contemporary Art.

Das Projekt Anastomosis präsentiert einen anderen Anblick an das Funktionieren der heutigen Städte und Lösungen deren Probleme. Die Stadt wird als eine geschlossene Struktur mit "gefrorener Evolution" verstanden. Ihre weitere Entwicklung kann nicht durch einen komplexen Umbau, sondern durch eine Adaptierung gewährleistet werden. Um diesen Heilprozess zu starten müssen kleine jedoch wichtige Verbindungen - [anastomosis] - aktiviert werden.
Die Ausstellung präsentiert 65 Entwürfe für 4 Lokalitäten. Diese Entwürfe sind das Resultat von zweijähriger Forschung des Studio von Petr Hajek and Jaroslav Hulin an der Fakultät für Architektur der Tschechischen technischen Universität in Prag und des Labors für Experimantale Architektur (LEA).

Die Entwürfe werden vor allem mit physischen Modellen auf der Ausstellungsfläche von 900 m² in dem neu geöffnetem Teil des DOX - Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst präsentiert.
